This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action against the fifth respondent for discrimination in offering worship in public temple namely Shree Sai Baba Temple situated at Chinna Kolathupalayam, Innam Karur Village, Karur District, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that, on enquiry, the Management of the Temple is permitted the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent to do the service in the Temple.

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
