Considering the nature of relief sought for in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The revision petitioners filed O.S No.67 of 2018 before the Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur seeking the relief of declaration and mandatory injunction. Considering the circumstance obtaining in this case, the learned Subordinate Jude, Thiruchendur is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date when service on all the respondents is completed. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
