Pleased to set aside the Judgment and Conviction dated 27.02.2019 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Special Judge, Pudukkottai in Spl C.C.No. 4 of 201 6 and acquit the appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2473 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.107 of 2019, dated 04.04.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
