Pleased to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted in favour of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in Crl.M.P.No.2038 of 2019 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur dated 03.06.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.R.PRITHVIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate(Criminal side)for R1, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not a party to the bail application which was filed before the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.No. 2038 of 2019, hence he is not able to get copy of the order passed in the aforesaid petition. 2. Hence the petition is dismissed.
