S.SRIMATHY, J PJL ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Earlier, this Court had directed the respondents/accused 1 and 2 to stay in Lalgudi and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and the same was complied by the respondents 1 and 2/accused.
2. The contention of the defacto complainant for cancellation of bail is that she apprehends threat from the accused. However, it is seen that the accused are staying in Lalgudi and do not violating the conditions and was never visited the place of occurrence. Therefore, the cancellation of bail cannot be considered and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
