ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order of cancellation passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhungar in Crl.M.P.No.2457 of 2024 dated 13.05.2024.

2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.155 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police and the petitioner has filed a Crl.O.P(MD).No. 20926 of 2023 seeking anticipatory bail and the same was allowed on 24.11.2023 with some conditions. Thereafter, the defacto complainant has filed cancellation of bail petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.2457 of 2024 and the same was allowed on 13.05.2024. Challenging the same, the present Criminal Revision Case has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police. Therefore, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to file a bail petition before the concerned Court.

4. Since the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a bail petition before the concerned Court and the concerned learned Judge is directed to consider the same on merits. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
