ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has approached this Court on the failure of the respondents in taking action against the respondents 5 to 8 who are said to have been involved in illicit quarrying of sand. Despite the representations made on 06.02.2017 and 23.04.2018 placing reliance upon the photographs, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the operations are going on even now.

2. Considering the above, we direct the first respondent to consider the above said representations and take appropriate action either by himself or through his subordinates, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
