O R D E R

This petition is filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for their willful disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.16776 of 2021, dated 29.10.2021.

2.By the order dated 29.10.2021, this Court has directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned Court within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, on 28.08.2022 by e-filing process. Now, it is pending for further process.

4.Since the order passed by this Court, dated 29.10.2021 has been complied belatedly, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the contemnor/respondent is discharged.
