ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus directing the third respondent to register the partition deed executed between the petitioner and his siblings without any further delay.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, despite the document having been presented, the same was not accepted by the Sub Registrar and no orders have been passed thereon. 3.The learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Sub Registrar would submit that, even though a token was generated, the document itself was not presented.

4.I have considered the rival submissions made on either side and perused the material records of the case.

5.Without going into the facts and finding as to whether the document was actually presented or not, the petitioner can be granted the following relief: 2/4

i) On 15.06.2026, the petitioner may present the said document before the third respondent at about 10.30 a.m., along with a web copy of this order. ii) Upon such presentation, the third respondent shall receive and process the document in accordance with law. Thereafter, the document shall either be registered or orders in writing shall be passed thereon. 6.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
