The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent s to grant permission and police protection to conduct Aadal Padal in Arulmighu Kalyansamy and Chinna Karuppasamy Temple at Rajathani Keela Urappanoor Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District in Kumbhabishegam Pooja Festival on 14.09.2016 between 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2016.
