ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the third respondent Finance firm by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.08.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.16574 of 2021 lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry and closed the same.

3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
