This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the first respondent will pass suitable orders in the enquiry pending before the first respondent for in Na.Ka.No.5367/09/B8/Madurai dated 11.08.2023, within a period of three months from today.
3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state, the petitioner shall also heard, before the final orders are passed by the first respondent. No costs.
