ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the pretext of enquiry and by filing false cases against him, based on the representation dated 26.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is a political perplexity and because of the enmity and based upon the complaint given by the private respondents herein, a case has been registered against this petitioner. Now because of the enquiry, the 2nd respondent has threatened the petitioner stating that he is going to be detained under preventive detention laws. 1/3

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third parties, totally 3 cases have been registered against this petitioner and in all 3 cases, he has been released on bail and there is no harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent herein, since he has been released on bail. If the 2nd respondent initiates any action against this petitioner, he has to workout his remedy appropriately through appropriate proceedings. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) to the effect that there is no harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.With the aforesaid liberty given to the petitioner, this petition is disposed of.
