PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the fourth respondent.

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.09.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.356 of 2021, dated 09.08.2021 and the for informing the outcome of the enquiry, the matter was ordered to be listed today.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13786 of 2021 3.Today (22.10.2021), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of enquiry, the parties appeared and they were advised to measure the property and resolve the dispute. Such advice was also accepted by both the parties and as such it was closed.

4.Since the enquiry was closed as above, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
