ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing this criminal revision pursuant to the judgment of conviction rendered by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai in C.A.No.31 of 2017, dated 21.01.2025 confirming the 1/3

judgment in S.C.No.57 of 2007, dated 03.03.2017 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
