ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Arivazhagan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P. Thilakkumar, Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court made the following order: 'This matter is listed today (19.08.2025) under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
2.The learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that encroachers in water body have already been issued with notices and enforcement actions are in progress. The authorities competent will ensure that encroachments in water body are removed without any further delay. Thus, no further orders are required in this petition.'
