This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide a new electricity connection with power consumption meter as per the sanction order dated 25.02.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the first respondent accorded sanction to grant new electricity connection to the petitioner's property situated in S.No.39/9 measuring to an extent of 0.0.4.5 acres at Koduvelarpatti village, Aranmanaipudur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Theni District, till date no new electricity connection was provided to his lands. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's request for electricity connection is now considered by the first respondent as per the proceedings dated 25.02.2017.

5.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the first respondent to provide new electricity connection to the property of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
