ORDER

This Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.225 of 2019 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, (Magisterial Level), Dindigul, Dindigul District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that the trial was commenced. Out of 25 witnesses, 11 witnesses have already been examined.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all points before the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
