ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry in CSR.No.66 of 2025 has been initiated. During enquiry, the respondent Police has found that there is a money dispute between the parties and hence, they have closed the enquiry.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submits that the fifth respondent has collected money to the tune of Rs.1 Crore from 14 persons and handed over the same to the petitioner herein for arranging job in abroad, however, he cheated him. 4.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the available materials.

5.It appears that there are some money transaction between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. It is reported that the enquiry was closed as civil dispute. If the fifth respondent is having any grievance, he has to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
