This is a Writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondent to return the petitioners original driving license in number (TN 58 19810000447) by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 03.02.2016, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.There is an undertaking by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent that if the petitioner appears before the

respondent, they are prepared to hand over the driving license to the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 28.09.206 by any time between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., and the respondent shall hand over the document to the petitioner.
