ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the above review application.

2.The petitioners have assigned reasons for the said delay in paragraph - 10 of the affidavit. A perusal of the same would go to show that on 22.01.2019, the Advocate forwarded the papers to the Government for filing review application and the affidavit itself was prepared in the month of April, 2019, whereas, the delay petition was filed in the Court only on 24th July, 2019 as per the endorsement of the Registry. When the affidavit itself was signed in the month of April, 2019, till 24th July, 2019 the petition was not filed before this Court. The reason for the said delay was not properly explained. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, Rev.Appl(MD)SR.No.2981 of 2019 is rejected.
