ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.06.2023 under Section 133 of Cr.P.C.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his pathway has been blocked by the private respondents and he is not in a position to even go out of his house and therefore a complaint was made.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that another complaint has been lodged by one Ramakrishnan, against this petitioner stating that they are neighbours and survey was conducted and there was an agreement between the parties to accept the survey report since there was some sort of deficiencies in both the properties. In the 2/4

above said incident, the petitioner is putting up construction extending the common pathway. The matter is kept pending.

4. Let the above said complaint may be disposed of within a period of fifteen days. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, further action may be taken either by the third respondent or by the parties if so aggrieved.
