The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and therefore, the police are having routine surveillance on the petitioner, but he has not been harassed.
