PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to afford adequate police protection to lay stone pillar and fencing around petitioners property in S.F.No. 91/3B and 91/4 situate at Lembalakudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District in consonance with Civil Court decree dated 31.12.2001 in O.S.No. 100 of 1998 on the file of District Munsif Court Thirumayam by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.06.2022 1/4

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to afford adequate police protection to lay stone pillar and fencing around petitioners property in S.F.No. 91/3B and 91/4 situate at Lembalakudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District in consonance with Civil Court decree dated 31.12.2001 in O.S.No. 100 of 1998 on the file of District Munsif Court Thirumayam by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.06.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the second respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2022 2/4

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2022 in the light of the decree in O.S. No.100 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumayam and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
