ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the II Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town to dispose the execution proceedings in E.P.No.169 of 2022 in O.S.No.735 of 1997 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Ms.S.Devasena, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the sixth respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 1 to 5, notice to the respondents 1 to 5 is dispensed with. 3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.735 of 1997 filed for declaration, delivery of possession and permanent injunction. The petitioners filed execution of the decree and judgment granted in his favour in E.P.No. 169 of 2022.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the execution petition filed by the petitioners to execute the decree and judgment is pending for the past two years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the execution proceedings in E.P.No.169 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
