Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners categorically asserts that service has been completed on all the defendants. He states that O.S.No.826 of 1987 is pending for the last 37 years even without passing preliminary decree. I fail to understand as to why the suit has been kept pending for so long. The court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.826 of 1987 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
