This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Subordinate Court, Tiruchendur, to dispose of the probate O.P.No.14 of 2017, within a time frame.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the respondents 3 to 7 in the probate O.P.No.14 of 2017, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur and prays for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, to dispose of the probate O.P.No.14 of 2017, within a stipulated time.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Since the O.P. is of the year 2017, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, to dispose of the probate O.P.No.14 of 2017, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
