[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions submitted that actions are already initiated to remove the encroachments, if any, identified and to cancel the patta, if it is found to be irregular.

2. Since actions are already initiated, the official respondents are

directed to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
