This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.912 of 2020 on the file of the respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.912 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the Essential Commodities Court in C.C.No.202 of 2021.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
