ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that already a suit has been filed in O.S.No.305 of 2008 and a decree is also in favour of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner and also causing life threat in this regard. The petitioner has also given a complaint to the respondent police on 08.09.2018.

3.In the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to consider the complaint given by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
