Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of representation given by the Petitioner, dated 23.7.2017 and may act accordingly to break the fraudulent acts of the second respondent and thereby save the public money. ORDER
The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of representation given by the Petitioner, dated 23.7.2017 and may act accordingly to break the fraudulent acts of the second respondent and thereby save the public money. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.According to the Petitioner, the second respondent has been involving in certain fraudulent activities, in respect of which, he has given representation on 23.07.2016. According to the Petitioner, no action has been initiated by the first respondent against the second respondent. Hence the Petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.I do not think that the Petitioner has any locus standi to seek for such a prayer and if he has such locus standi, such prayer is not maintainable and such direction as sought for by the Petitioner cannot be granted by this Court casually invoking jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It is always open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies as against the second respondent, in the manner known to law. 5.With the above observations, the Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
