Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's land situated at plot No.20 in R.S.No.161/1 and 161/2 according to the revenue records on the basis of the petitioner's representations, dated 16.09.2018 and 20.09.2018.

ORDER

The nature of the grievance that has been expressed in this petition is purely civil in nature.

2.The petitioner has to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil forum and if the petitioner has any grievance to the effect that the third respondent is committing any criminal offence, for that purpose only the petitioner can approach the respondent police. Insofar as the right and title over the property is concerned, the police cannot decide the same and the petitioner has to get the remedy only before the Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
