This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the Respondents to not to interfere with the day today affairs of the petitioner club namely Youth Wing Social and Welfare Association situated at No.6 Thennampatty Road Opp.to Kottaikalam Vadamadurai Dindigul District and permit the petitioner to avail the facilities provided for playing rummy.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State.
Mr.T.Maharajan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai, Dindigul District is present.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that in the address furnished by the petitioner, there is no Association by name Youth Welfare Association Club that is being run as stated.
4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are enough records to show that the Club has been registered at the said address.
5. In the considered opinion of this Court, the Club may function on paper, but in reality, when the club does not function, the mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Therefore, it is always open to the Club to approach this Court, after it is fully functional and if there is any disturbance from the Police.
