ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned dismissal order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings dated 23.02.2016 and to quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the concerned authority.
