ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in connection with the crime No.16 of 2023 on the file of respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered FIR in Crime No.16 of 2023 and now Final Report is made ready on 23.02.2023, but so far, it has not been presented before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to present the above said Final Report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court immediately. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatty, 2/4

to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
