Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned eviction notice caused by the 3rd respondent, dated 26.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to regularize the super structure constructed by the petitioner at Old Survey No.121/16 and New Survey No.17-19 bearing Door No.68/16 of Sattur Town of Virudhunagar District by fixing fair rent.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, a liberty is given to the petitioner to file a revision before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
