Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members against the life threat made by the 3rd respondent and her henchmen and also to enter into his house at Plot No.61 of Mukil Nagar at Itteri Village, Tirunelveli District on basis of representation dated 14.08.2018.

ORDER

The petitioner has already given a complaint to the respondent police. This petition has been filed seeking for a police protection.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the third respondent has already entered into the possession of the property illegally. Therefore, complaint has also been given to the respondent police on 14.08.2018. The said complaint is pending before the respondent police.

petitioner co-operates for the enquiry, the police will be able to take a decision on the complaint given by the petitioner. 4.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry conducted by the police, on the complaint dated 14.08.2018 given by the petitioner.
