ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 69, 316(2), 61(2) of Bharathia Nyaya Sanhita, in Cr.No.16 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused gave a false promise to marry the defacto complainant, had sexual intercourse with her and thereafter, evaded her and he is going to perform another marriage with the help of the other accused. Hence, the case.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that totally five accused in this case and the petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A3 and the investigation is pending, hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners .
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
