ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action and remove the ex-communication order ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2020.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner continuously. Even today, the case is posted under the caption "for dismissal" and there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 submitted that the apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded and the respondents have already taken action on the basis of the petitioner's representation and therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 2/4

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
