ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the respondents police 1 to 3 and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a drug offender. Against the petitioner, two cases had been registered in Crime No. 298 of 2015 and 78 of 2022, under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act. 3.Recorded the said submission. As per records, against the petitioner, two cases had been registered in Crime No.298 of 2015 and 78 of 2022, under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act. The petitioner, being a drug offender, is not entitled to any shelter by getting these type of orders. I find no merits in this petition.
