O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the petitioner for speedy disposal of O.S.No.175 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District.

2. Since this Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner is only for speedy disposal of the suit, notice for the respondents is not required and is therefore dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, the suit in O.S.No.175 of 2013 was filed for partition, in which, the petitioner is the 18th defendant and is admittedly having a share, for which, the petitioner had paid necessary court fee. Page No. 3 of 6

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending for more than 10 years which was listed for trial on 07.08.2021, in which, the 6th plaintiff filed his proof affidavit and the case is pending for cross-examination of P.W.1 for various reasons. Hence, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court for speedy disposal of the suit.

5. On perusal of the records and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the learned Additional District Munsif, Eraniel, Kanyakumari to dispose the O.S.No.175 of 2013, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, expeditiously, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
