ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in our peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land bearing S.No.227 to an extent of 20 cent situated at Allinagaram, Theni Taluk, Theni District without due process of law, based on the petitioners' representation dated 23.01.2017 made to the 1st Respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.
