PRAYER :- To call for the records and quash the same as against the petitioners herein in P.R.C.No.7/2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dindigul District, for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 306 IPC based on the complaint given by the de-facto 1/4

complainant.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The present petition is filed to quash the P.R.C.No.7/2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dindigul District. 2.As far as the 1st accused is concerned, already a petition was filed to quash the charge sheet and the same was allowed in CRL OP(MD)No.2408 of 2024, vide order, dated 05.11.2025. In the present case, accused Nos.2 and 3 have filed the petition.

3.Based on the negotiations out of the Court, the parties have entered into settlement and a joint compromise memo is filed to that effect. It has been verified by the Registry and the said joint compromise memo is taken on file. Therefore, the impugned charge sheet is quashed based on the joint compromise memo. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.

4. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is allowed based on the joint compromise memo and the P.R.C.No.7/2023 is quashed. Consequently, 2/4

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.11.2025 TMG TO 1.The Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town West Police Station, Dindigul District.
