ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 04.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (i) (aaa), 4(1-A) of T.N.P.Act and U/s. 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act,1985 in Crime No.731 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.07.2018 at 11.20 hours, the respondent police recovered the contraband of 125 liters of poisonous arrack and also ganja to the extent of 2 kgs. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in incarceration for the past 53 days. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending and there is no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vilupuram District.
