This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to comply the conditions in Crl.OP(MD)No. 12440 of 2018 dated 19.07.2018.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 12440 of 2018 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
