Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order of transfer passed by the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/2016/Apa.A1, dated 29.08.2016 and the subsequent impugned relieving order issued by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.3042/2016/Apa, dated 07.09.2016 and quash the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 21.09.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "I filed the reference cited wirt petition challenging my transfer order dated 29.08.2016 passed by the Director of Cooperative Audit and the same is pending. During the pendency of the writ petition, the authorities decided to accommodate me in the Tirunelveli Region. Therefore I request you to withdraw the above said writ petition immediately."

He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the letter given and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
