respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a complaint was filed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3541 of 2023 by the second respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. That was forwarded to the first respondent herein for further action. Pending the above said enquiry process, this petitioner alleged to have sent a representation stating that the respondents are interfered into the civil issue. Because of the pendency of the above said petition in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, the representation made by the petitioner is kept pending.

3.Let the above said representation be enquired and completed by the first respondent by summoning the parties concerned, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. The petitioner must co-operate with the first respondent to complete the enquiry. Whatever grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner before this Court, can make out before the first respondent only. There is no question of harassment here.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
