This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.04.2015 and consequently, direct them to pay arrears due the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Having regard to the limit scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:

The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
