Crime No.51 of 2021. Respondent/Respondent Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.700 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021 on the file the Special Court for Exclusive Trail of cases under POCSO Act 2012 Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur and modify the condition to direct the petitioner to sign monthly once before the Respondent No.1 at 10.30 a.m instead of appearing before the Inspector of Police Soolakarai Station, Virudhunagar daily 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.

KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Virudhunagar District in Crl.M.P.No.700 of 2021, dated 03.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a daily wage employee and hence he is unable to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Therefore he prays to modify the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Virudhunagar District, Srivilliputtur in Cr.M.P.No.700 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
