O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate enquiry against the 4th respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Ponkarthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent created an order dated 15.03.2022 as if, the Regional Deputy Tahsildar, Kumbakonam, passed an order in his proceeding in Ne.Mu.Pa.Ma.11/4310/2022. It is the specific case of the petitioner that 4th respondent is working as a Taluk Supply Officer and he created a proceeding as if the Regional Deputy Tahsildar, passed an order in his proceeding referred above. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent with copy marked to respondents 2 and 3. The same has not 2/4

been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the third respondent already initiated enquiry in his proceeding in Na.Ka.2041/2025/a6, dated 16.06.2025 on the representation submitted by the petitioner and he has filed a report before the second respondent.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
